Schema has been privileged to collaborate with Bloomberg on multiple creative projects.
For Bloomberg’s inaugural New Economy Forum, held in Singapore in 2018, Schema worked closely with Bloomberg to design and build six vertical video installations, each one touching on the themes of the conference: Trade, Technology, Inclusion, Finance, Urbanization, and Climate.
For the 2019 New Economy Forum in Beijing, Schema collaborated with Bloomberg to create media installations to highlight conference topics and engage attendees. With Bloomberg’s editorial team, Schema designed 50 data visualizations for two large-scale media walls. The result was a display aimed to inspire powerful economic players to help create a better future.
The 2021 Forum centered on the concept of “connectedness” and how the world was opening up and reconnecting following the Covid-19 pandemic. Schema created a series of engaging, impressionistic data visualizations for the conference’s main topics: Cities, Climate, Finance, Health, and Trade.
The 2022 Forum centered on pillars of Finance, Commerce, Sustainability, Resilience, and Security. Based on these topics, Schema collaborated with Bloomberg to create a series of dynamic, 3D data visualizations of worldwide trends, as well as a number of graphic animations for the event’s partner organizations, culminating in a suite of 18 unique videos on a variety of screen sizes.
